The University of 猫咪社区官网 Land Management Office (UALM) is seeking public comment on the attached disposal plan.
Parties interested in commenting on this proposed disposal plan must submit written comments to UALM by fax at (907) 786-7733, by email at ua-land@alaska.edu, or at the address listed below no later than 5:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 10, 2025, to be considered.

The University of 猫咪社区官网 (鈥淯niversity鈥) intends to enter into a negotiated sale of one (1) parcel of land at or above the fair market value. This remote parcel is located near Logging Camp Bay in Prince William Sound, 猫咪社区官网. If the negotiated sale were to be discontinued, the University intends to offer this parcel for sale competitively or over-the-counter.
This disposal plan is effective as long as the University owns the parcel.

Public Notice Comment Response
The University of 猫咪社区官网 Land Management Office thanks the public for their thoughtful
engagement regarding the proposed negotiated sale of Parcel GU.LC.0001 in Prince
William Sound.
Public feedback emphasized the importance of maintaining recreational access to
surrounding lands and expressed concern about potential environmental impacts from
logging practices. The proposed negotiated sale to The Conservation Fund is intended
to support the existing access and public recreation in the area.
UALM remains committed to balancing the University鈥檚 fiduciary responsibilities to
the
Land Grant Trust with responsible stewardship and meaningful public engagement.
