UA HR temporary leadership change and interim assignments

Effective May 19, UA HR will experience a temporary leadership change due to the recent departure of Uriah Nalikak, former HR Services Director.

In the interim, the units traditionally managed by HR Services have been reassigned to experienced HR Directors. Customer Service, Personnel, Payroll, and Accounting will continue to collaborate and meet regularly to ensure business operations remain consistent and only their reporting line has been temporarily adjusted. Additionally, as the subject matter experts, each unit's manager can address specific items pertaining to their respective area.

UA HR is committed to our continuation of smooth operations and will be assessing the future needs of HR during this transitional phase.
