Procurement and Contract Services update

Effective Sept. 1, Procurement and Contract Services (PCS) will be integrated across the èßäÉçÇø¹ÙÍø system and report to Statewide.  The integration follows the Board of Regents direction to consolidate and standardize administrative areas, in response to budget pressures.  

The new structure will provide cost savings and efficiencies for the èßäÉçÇø¹ÙÍø.  PCS will continue to have professionals located in Anchorage and Fairbanks to serve the mission of the èßäÉçÇø¹ÙÍø.  Initially, there are no changes to processing or working with PCS, so please carry on business as usual.  As changes to processes are made, they will be communicated.  For more information, visit the Procurement and Contract Services page at the New UA webpage.
